Mission Statement:
OT
Plus, Inc. provides services to clients of all ages who
have physical and/or developmental disabilities. Our
mission is to provide our clients with specialized
Occupational Therapy services that in turn will help
them function more independently and become a productive
part of their community. OT Plus, Inc. recognizes that
each client we treat is unique and all services
are individualized to the lifestyle and life role that
the client assumes.

Commitment to Professional Excellence
OT Plus, Inc.
was established by James Gaynor in 1988. Prior to that
time, James worked in numerous settings, which included
the Regional Rehabilitation setting at Pitt Memorial
Hospital, Director of Occupational Therapy at Howell’s
Child Care Center, and as an independent contractor for
numerous school systems and home health care agencies.
OT Plus, Inc.
strives to provide high quality rehab services to each
client with the primary goal being to facilitate each
client to achieve the highest possible level of
activities of daily living independence. Each client is
provided with an individualized treatment program
designed to specifically meet his or her unique needs.
